Shipping is dependent on customer tendering payment in good funds for the full purchase price of the order before the obligation to ship the goods arises. For more information please see our terms and conditions.
Shipping Cost
Orders over $199 have free shipping. $12.99 will be added to orders under $199. Premium Insured Shipping is also available for $12.99.

Methods of Shipping
In order to provide our customers with competitive prices, we determine the fastest and most cost-effective method for delivery after you submit your order.
We ship most orders via FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or Fedex Overnight. FedEx cannot deliver to post office boxes and will void any insurance coverage.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. If you have not received your order, please log into your account and check your order status. Some products take longer to ship than others. Depending on the order, we may hold some orders until items with longer shipping times are ready to ship. We may ship your order in one or more packages and all packages may not ship the same day.
Discreet Packaging
We package all shipments inconspicuously and will never reference our company name or anything referring to items of value, such as gold, silver, bullion, etc.
Shipping Insurance
⚠️ ALERT: IMPORTANT INSURANCE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
(Please read carefully — failure to follow these rules voids your shipping insurance.)
Your insurance coverage will be void, and you will be entirely responsible for any losses resulting from lost or stolen packages, if you have done any of the following (quoted verbatim from our insurer’s requirements):

left instructions with any carriers or delivery service to leave parcels unattended,
-
requested to waive the required signature, and/or
-
advised any delivery personnel to leave your package with someone else other than who is listed on the shipping address, including but not limited to a building manager, neighbor, or drop-off location.
Help us protect you — please ensure you are available to sign for your package.
You will receive tracking information so you can adjust your schedule accordingly.
Do not violate the above conditions.
If you do, our insurance policy is automatically void, and SHM will not be able to reimburse you for any losses as a result.
We believe in being as reasonable as possible —
but on this point, we must be as strict as possible.
Signature
We require a signature on all packages over $350.
Shipping When Selling Items to Us

Packing & Shipping Guidelines
Maximum Value of Package:
When Shipping with FedEx, Forty-Five Thousand Dollars ($45,000) is the maximum values of a package covered by our insurance program. Participant does not have authorization to use any Shipping Label with a package that Participant has reason to believe has contents exceeding the maximum value.
In the event the Participant is using multiple shipping labels for one shipment, the Participant must document the contents in each package.
Double Box and Tape Requirement:
Double box all packages, which must be in new boxes and packaging. Pack inventory in a conspicuous manner within the package. Do not use envelopes and packs to meet the double box requirement. Reinforce all package seams with tape to reduce the risk of bursting. Fully tape over the shipping label to reduce the risk of detachment or mutilation.
Appropriate Packaging:
Participants must package contents using appropriate materials and methods, including without limitation, material of boxes, strength of packaging tape, reinforcement materials, fillers, and type of boxes, that will ensure that the contents of the box will withstand the rigors of shipment. Use an ample amount of durable packing material, such as newspaper or bubble wrap. Do not use peanuts or paper shreds. If Participant can feel or hear product shake in the box, then use more packing material.
No Branded Boxes:
Participant must not use boxes, packaging tape, labels or other materials with branding, logos, designs, or other graphics other than that of FedEx– including those of UPS and the United States Postal Service. Tender to Carrier: Packages must be dropped off at a FedEx location, handed to a carrier staff. Participant must obtain a receipt for any packages dropped off at a retail location. Participant must not use unmanned drop boxes, any location without carrier employed personnel, or a third-party drop off location.
Do Not Declare a Value with the Carrier:
Never declare a value for liability or any other purpose with the approved carrier or any other vendor. Never disclose contents to carrier staff. Our shipping program declares the value of the package for insurance with the third-party Insurance Underwriter based on the value of the confirmed transaction.
